Yes. All our guests are required to have valid, comprehensive travel insurance that covers unexpected events, cancellations, and medical emergencies. Proof of insurance must be sent to us by email or another electronic method before arrival, and guests should also carry a printed copy during their trip in case they cannot access the digital version.

The maximum group size depends on the type of vehicle. In a regular car, we can accommodate up to 4 passengers plus the driver. With a larger rental vehicle, such as a Chevrolet Suburban or GMC Yukon, up to 8 passengers plus the driver is possible. If needed, we can arrange multiple cars or even a bus with a commercial driver. However, smaller groups are always more flexible and easier to manage.

For every group tour, we sign the contract with a designated group leader, who serves as the official contact person and makes decisions on behalf of the group. In case of disagreements, their instructions are final. We ask that the remaining adult members of the group establish in advance a clear order of succession, so that responsibilities can be passed on if the group leader is unable to continue coordinating the tour (e.g., due to illness or an accident).

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Please see our full terms for details.

Our private tours include a dedicated guide, transportation in a comfortable vehicle, bottled water, and a customized itinerary. Park entrance fees and meals are typically extra unless specified.
